Incident of Attempted Email Fraud (Email Spoofing)
TEMAK S.A. hereby informs its customers and partners that a recent attempt of electronic fraud via email spoofing has been identified. During this incident, unauthorized third parties attempted to send emails falsely presenting themselves as representatives of our company.
We would like to emphasize that:
- The company bears no responsibility for unauthorized messages that have not been sent from our official corporate email accounts.
- There has been no breach of our internal systems; this was an external attempt to falsify our company’s identity.
- The emails sent contain forged sender information and do not originate from TEMAK S.A.

We kindly urge all customers and partners to exercise increased caution and refrain from taking any action when receiving emails that:
- request payments, changes to banking details, or the disclosure of confidential information,
- appear suspicious in terms of wording, links, or attachments,
- originate from an email address that resembles, but does not exactly match, our official corporate email accounts.
In any such case, we strongly recommend contacting us directly using the verified and published contact details available on our official website.

The company has already:
- conducted a thorough technical audit of its systems,
- notified its cooperating security service providers,
- taken all necessary administrative and technical measures to further strengthen the security of its communications,
- initiated all legally prescribed procedures to protect its interests.
