Industrial applications
Ultrapure water systems are applicable in Power Plants, producing very high quality water (18.2 MOhm) for the following
- Water sprint at the atmospheric air inlet of gas turbine as well as for water injection, together with gas fuel (open cycle power plants)
- Production of high purity steam at high pressure boilers (fossil fuel power plants)
- Production of high purity steam at high and medium pressure drums (combined cycle power plants)
Furthermore ultra-pure water plants are applicable in photovoltaic factories and pharmaceutics.
TEMAK SA has several applications concerning the production of ultrapure water for power plants, either coal fuel either natural gas open and combined cycle. There are references for photovoltaic factories and pharmaceutics as well.
