Quality Policy

 

The policy which the administration has set and which the system of Quality management is based on, is summarized below:

 

Primarily, the target of the company TEMAK S.A is the provision of quality products which comply with the needs and hopes of its clients and their increasing demands in the same manner undergone up to this day.

 

TEMAK has implemented a quality control system according to the international standards ELOT EN ISO 9001 which gives us the ability to measure the results of the consistent efforts of the company with objective indicators and obtain a strong helping tool in the prevention of mistakes and in the increase of the quality and productivity

 

The overall responsibility for the operation and the compliance with the system of quality management but also its overall improvement so that it reflects in the best way the current quality policy, is allocated to the head of the management systems.

 

The administration is bound to support the head of management systems with all the required tools, so that the system of quality management works efficiently and covers the purpose of implementing it with an action field being , the study, design, development , production, stock, sales, installation and support of water treatment systems, chemical products and industrial equipment.

 

Every personnel is bound to make use of the training which is given to him and the means which are put forward to him, to follow the procedures of the quality control management and to take part in its consistent development and improvement.
